In every HMO in the UK there must be a noticeboard as required by law which contains the following:
The legal requirements:
- HMO License (if applicable)
- Gas safety certificate (tenants copy)
- EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
- Building Regulations Compliance Certificate
- Name, address and contact details of a manager / agent for the building
You should also have:
- House rules
- Cleaning record
- Locked out / lost keys policy
- Wi-Fi details
- Bin schedules
