Because we found that our usual fee of 10% (which we charge in Swansea) is far too much for the rental prices here in Somerset! As landlords ourselves, we do not believe in paying more than necessary for a great service!

We do charge a £300 setup fee. This setup fee goes towards professional marketing of your property, listing costs, making its own webpage and ensuring it is exposed to the right audience, as well as covering tenant checks, viewings, and other essential aspects.

Any unforeseen repairs or maintenance issues will be promptly communicated to you. So you retain full control and have the opportunity to approve all works and associated costs. Additionally, we offer an award-winning rent guarantee insurance that complements our tenants referencing service, your tenants must pass the referencing to qualify for the rent gurantee and tenancy.

Through our comprehensive screening process, we subject your potential tenants to thorough checks, including referencing, credit assessments, and affordability evaluations.
